Room for your real wedding
The pilot is for weddings at least six months away, with a budget of $30,000–$100,000. Our first destinations include Cancún, Baja, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and St. Lucia.
There is no pilot subscription charge or automatic move to a paid plan. Venues, vendors, travel, and other wedding purchases remain your own expenses.
One shared plan
Each partner uses their own login. Both can guide Willa, see the shared planning conversation, and stop outreach. Budget, date, destination, and location changes need both partners by default. You can choose an either-partner approval setting together.
Keep private surprises outside the shared planning conversation. We won't try to resolve a disagreement by choosing one partner's preference.
A helping hand, with decisions left to you
Willa helps organize your plans, research vendors, compare quotes, track guests and budgets, and prepare next steps. Approved outreach can cover questions and follow-ups within the limits you review.
You always make the final vendor choice, confirm bookings, sign agreements, and pay vendors yourselves. Willa cannot do those things for you, even when asked.
For a destination wedding, plan to keep a local coordinator for on-the-day logistics.
Connect at your pace
A wedding-only Gmail account helps keep planning organized. Reading wedding email, sending approved inquiries, and adding a planning calendar are separate permissions. Calendar access is optional.
The first pilot focuses on iPhone users. Shared messaging and WhatsApp vendor conversations will open only after their provider checks are complete. You can explore the fictional sample now.
