What belongs in your shared space
Your wedding brief, planning messages, preferences, vendors, quotes, documents, guest details, tasks, and budget records help build the plan. Partners with access to your wedding can see its shared planning details. Guest links are limited to the intended household and the details you choose to publish.
Connected accounts
Connecting Gmail lets Willa process wedding email for the planning features you enable. A separate Gmail permission is needed to send inquiries. Optional calendar access is limited to a calendar created for the app. Disconnecting an account stops its future connected work; it is a separate choice from deleting records already saved in your wedding.
Processing and sharing
When enabled, AI services process selected planning context to interpret requests and prepare reviews. Willa checks proposed actions against your wedding's permissions. Login, hosting, storage, messaging, and search providers also process the information needed for those features.
Vendor outreach shares only the details in the scope you review. Google-connected data must be used for the planning features you request, not advertising or general-purpose model training. Registry referral links are separate from connected-email data.
Before enrollment, the final notice will name the operating party, contact address, active service providers, and their applicable retention arrangements.
Corrections, export, and deletion
You can correct saved preferences, forget memories or documents, and export planning records. Forgotten sources are removed from recall and their linked tasks are invalidated. Either partner can pause planning while you review an issue.
The intended archive period is one year from the recorded wedding close date. Earlier deletion is available. Deletion runs in stages; minimal exclusion records prevent erased data from returning through an older backup. Backup expiration and provider retention details still need to be finalized in the launch notice.

Use Help in your wedding space for a privacy request or to contact the operator. The public support email is being verified before enrollment opens. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or payment-card details in a support request.
